The Gift of Rubber and the next Tea Party!
The gift of rubber....there is really no better gift
for a stamper anyway !! And Susan, from smARTworks, gave her design team exactly such a gift! Look at these amazing images!! As soon as I opened the package and saw these wonderful silhouettes I knew exactly what I was going to create first! This card. And you've got to love when a card ends up exactly as you imagine it!! And it is really such an easy design, as long as you are good with a Stamp-a-ma-jig, you are good to go!!
The good news is that you too can recieve these wonderful stamps. They are part of a 'Cookie Plate' that Susan is giving away .... if you have enough smART Bucks!! To find out more you can check Susan's Blog entry HERE. And you can read more info about the smART Bucks incentive program HERE. Oh what fun!! As always, there are a lot of exciting things going on at smARTworks that you can read about HERE.
Now, on to the next Tea Party!! It is Susan's turn to challenge us cookies and she has had some inspiration! She asked us to make a creations using a monochromatic color scheme. Oh yeah!! I haven't done a monchromatic card in a long time.....now, what stamps to use....mmmmmm. Off to play!! Remeber you can play too!! Make your card and then just leave a comment on any of the Design Team's blog with a link to your card. Then we can all see it!!! We will all be uploading our cards on Wed. Feb. 11th. Make sure you come back and visit!!
Supplies: Stamps - smARTworks gift set, Faux Ribbon (Papertrey Ink); Paper - Pale Plum, Bashful Blue, So Saffron, Sage Shadow, Pretty in Pink, Whisper White (all Stampin' Up!), Ink, Basic Black; Other - Stamp-a-ma-jig.
Thanks Susan for the wonderful surprise!! And thanks everyone for coming to visit!

What a pretty card Donelda! I love the silhouettes and the color blocking you used.
Lovely card, the colors chosen catch my eye but moreso the layout. Very cool
Ooh, I really like this! Fabulous layout, and it would be a good way to use up scraps, too (gotta keep this in mind :)
I love the silhouette stamps, especially wildflower ones! Great way to showcase them on a rainbow of cardstock. Monochromatic Tea Party?? That's a tough one for me, but a that's what a challenge is for, right?
