So I was blogging around the other day and I happened upon a site called Muscari that sells boutonniers and other wedding stuff. It is pretty high scale stuff and beautiful!!
In particular, I saw this boutonnier and loved it. I instantly thought it would make a great embellishment for a card (isn't that what all us card makers think when we see something beautiful!! ) So, I decided to use it as Inspiration!!
On that same day, I happened to be watching some of Gina K's Stamp TV videos and saw THIS ONE on Inking a Cuttlebug Folder. I had to try it out. In the end, I put the background and the boutonnier together!!
Supplies: Stamps - Wishing You (Papertrey Ink); Paper - Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa (Stampin' Up!); Ink - Glorious Green, Chocolate Chip (Stampin' Up!); Other - Cuttlebug Leaf Embossing Folder and machine, Oval Die Nestabilities, Primas, button, dark brown satin ribbon (Michaels), leaf, feather.
Have you had INSPIRATION today??? If so, I'd love to hear about it!! Are you inspired by this amazing boutonnier?? or maybe something else from the Muscari site!! If you create something from this inspiration I'd love to see it!! Make sure you leave a comment and a link to your creation!!
Have a great and INSPIRING day!!

What a GREAT use of the feather! The setting for your boutonnier is perfect. You've really rocked this!
Hmm, inspiration comes from many places. You've got me thinking....
This is just beautiful, Donelda...I love all the natural elements you used.
What a great technique with one of my very favorite CB folders! Another example of how you can turn common items into wonderful card inspiration!!
