Happy 2013 and Welcome Back!

Hello out there crafters and welcome to a New Year here at Wiggy's World!
I am very excited to jump back into crafting and blogging.
For most of 2012, I took a break from both.  I needed to take some time out in order to simplify my life, reduce some added stress, and realign what is important to me.
Crafting is one of the things that is important to me.  But I have to do it in a way that makes sense and does not create an added stressor in my very busy life.  I've been busy thinking about what I want to do and how to do it. I am not sure I have it all figured out ... but I'm ready to start back in again.
One of the things I've decided to do is start scrapbooking again.  I will still make cards, but I need another creative outlet.  I have also started an art journal and will be sharing some of my work with that as well.
Finally, I have committed myself to not spend any more money on supplies (or a very minimal amount) and to use what I have.  That means I will not be creating with the most current lines or products.  It is my hope to use what I have to replicate some of those new embellishments, doodads, journalling tags and flowers.
So, if you are like me and don't have thousands of dollars to spend on supplies or you don't belong to all the coolest desgin teams in the world ...but still like to create.. maybe you can join me in my journey and we can inspire each other.
I think it is going to be FUN!!
Thanks for dropping by.  See you tomorrow.

I am so glad you are back. I have missed you so much and so have all of your friends. I started to email you many times but decided after your explanation to us in the image swap and SS swap to just wait until you were ready. I didn't want you to think I was putting pressure on you of any kind. So happy to see you on her and wishing you and your family a Happy New Year.
